About the event
In this two-hour workshop, you’ll get your story up on its feet using character, emotion, description, pacing and scenes to take your work to the next level. You’ll get feedback on how to expand and revise your story so it captivates your audience. By the end of the class, you’ll be well on the way to a masterpiece that can withstand the scrutiny of the most discerning critics.
Objectives:
Tell loose, natural off-the-cuff stories
Generate stories rapidly for upcoming Moth or other storytelling show themes
You’ll do fun, improvised storytelling drills that will help you exploit exciting opportunities in a tale
