How to Play

Have participants stand in a circle.

Introduce an imaginary “red ball.”

One player tosses the ball to another while saying “Red Ball!”

The receiving player catches it, repeats “Red Ball!”, and passes it to someone else.

Once the group is comfortable, introduce additional objects (e.g., “Blue Square,” “Green Triangle,” “Dead Fish”).

Continue adding complexity while maintaining clarity and focus.

Variations

Add multiple objects at once

Let players invent new objects

Change pace (slow motion → fast round)

Ask players to define the object by how they hold it

Why It Works

This game strengthens attention, adaptability, and group awareness.

Participants must stay present, track multiple elements, and respond in real time. It reinforces the idea that communication is both verbal and physical.

Pro Tips

Keep the pace steady before speeding up

Encourage clear eye contact

If confusion builds, pause and reset
